Do you charge a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees with Cally on any of our plans.
Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up?
No. You can sign up and have full use of Cally for 60 days without the need to enter your credit card details. If you would like to continue after the trial you must enter a valid credit card before the end of the trail. This will keep your loyalty program live on the customer app. Your card will only be charged at the end of the trial and not before.
Are there any additional fees?
All plans are exclusive of VAT. This is charged where applicable.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. Cally is a pay-as-you-go service. If you ever decide that Cally isn't the best loyalty marketing platform for your business, simply cancel your account from your control panel. We do not have contracts or cancellation fees you can therefore cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
How long are your contracts?
All Cally plans are month to month - no long term commitments here. That said we hope you'll be with us for the long term.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Payment is taken securely through our online payment provider Stripe. At this time we only accept payments for Cally online.
What kind of internet access will I need at my business?
Cally will work at its optimum if you ensure you have a fast and reliable internet connection. We recommend you have a broadband connection with Wi-Fi router. Your Wi-Fi can be password protected and doesn’t need to be available to your customers at the business.
If you decide to use a tablet or smart phone, you can use a 3G/4G data plan, though again we suggest making sure you have a strong and reliable signal in your store.
Finally internet dongles and plans can be purchased at minimal expense to allow you to quickly get online with a device.
Do I need any specialist kit to run Cally?
No. To validate a customer check in you'll need either:
1. A Smartphone or similar device (eg. Ipod) with internet access
2. A desk top computer, lap top or tablet with a current, standard web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 9+, Safari)
Our recommendation would be a small tablet device as it provides the best user experience for staff. To ensure smooth running of your loyalty program and to ensure that customers are always check in efficiently, we strongly recommend keeping a device for validating check ins near the cash register at all times. For that reason, we do not recommend using personal devices.
